Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn clothing with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Await Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
